4. High Security and Privacy: All Chauffeurs have signed NDAs, current Chauffeur licenses, and spotless driving records. Vehicles are licensed and permitted to operate in the city of Houston. Our team is experienced in serving high-profile clients, ensuring secure, discreet, and seamless journeys.

Passenger Guidelines

Pre-Booking Requirement: All rides must be pre-booked. On-demand bookings may be considered on a case by case basis.

Payment Policy: Payment is required after the booking has been accepted and scheduled.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled ride time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 2-hour window are non-refundable; however, the ride may be rescheduled.Rescheduling must occur within 14 days of the original ride date, or the payment will be forfeited.

Chauffeur Delays: If the chauffeur is delayed by more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time, the ride will be complimentary, and a full refund will be issued.

Reciprocated Courtesy: It's important to be considerate of your actions as a passenger. Smoking is prohibited. $300 cleaning/damage/smoke charge for passengers if applicable.
