1. No Surcharges: Transparent pricing you can trust. We never charge hidden fees or surge pricing, ensuring you always know the cost of your ride upfront.

***PASSENGER GUIDELINES***

1. Pre-Booking Requirement: All rides must be pre-booked. On-demand bookings may be considered on a case by case basis.

2. Payment Policy: Payment is required after the booking has been accepted and scheduled.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled ride time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 2-hour window are non-refundable; however, the ride may be rescheduled.Rescheduling must occur within 14 days of the original ride date, or the payment will be forfeited.

4. Chauffeur Delays: If the chauffeur is delayed by more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time, the ride will be complimentary, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Late Passenger Policy: If the passenger is more than 15 minutes late, the chauffeur may either:

- Continue to wait and charge a $25 waiting fee.

- Cancel the ride after 30 minutes with no refund at the chauffeur's discretion.

6. Reciprocated Courtesy: It's important to be considerate of your actions as a passenger. Smoking is prohibited, and there is a $200 cleaning/damage charge for passengers if applicable.

7. Customer Feedback: Feedback on your chauffeur and overall ride experience is welcomed and appreciated. Your input helps us continually improve our service.
